Ashley Ahearn lives in sagebrush country of rural Washington State. When she’s not spending time with her little black mustang - yes, he is a real horse and lives on Ashley’s property! - she makes podcasts and radio stories for National Public Radio and member stations across the West.
Catie michel
Catie Michel is an artist living in Denver, Colorado with a background in field biology and science illustration. Catie makes art about plants and animals. When she's not researching a new species to draw, she is looking at birds or swimming in the rivers of the Rocky Mountains.
